Membership
New members of Mizzymead Recreation Centre are always welcome.
Members may pursue their favoured sport by joining one of the constituent groups; bowls, tennis, snooker, and bridge, or may wish to enjoy the social side of the centre, where entertainment is regularly provided.
Many other activities are based at the centre and rooms are available for hire.
How to become a member
To become a member of the club, you will need to download and complete the application form below.
Once complete, return by email to mizzymead@hotmail.co.uk or to our address on the Contact page.
For ‘Proposer & Seconder’, if you know two members then please ask them to sign where specified, if not then please return or take to Mizzymead Club and they will arrange for form completion on your behalf.
Payment can be made by Cash, Cards or Cheques made payable to Mizzymead Recreation Centre, all accepted at the Club Bar during opening hours. Cheques can be posted, but please do not post cash.
