This will depend upon Government instructions. The original prediction was 3 months from lockdown announced on 19 March 2020 by the Government, but depends on those countries ahead of us in the pandemic and when they decide to come out of lockdown.

We are constantly monitoring emails, telephone voicemails and picking up post. Please find the details of how to contact the Trustees and the individual Club teams from the home page and at the foot of each page.
Membership was suspended on 23 March 2020. When we finally get instruction from the Government to reopen there will be a 42 day period for us to check and deep clean the whole site plus reinstate the Bar and Catering. During this period we will instigate a recovery period for all Sections, weekly Club users and Social membership so look out for announcements on the website and local papers.
The AGM this year was scheduled for 02 August, but has been suspended until further notice. The incumbent Officers will continue and announce when it will be held as part of the 42 day reopening period so keep checking the website and local press for announcements post lockdown.
The Prime Minister on 10 May 2020 announced lifting certain restrictions in public spaces to allow people to take more exercise. Mizzymead Recreation Centre is not a public open space and requires staff to manage the site. All staff are furloughed at present and will only be reinstated when the Government makes the decision that it is safe to do so.
